B.  Doubles (mixed male / female or same sex) - Video Entry via email, of a title, 1st , 2nd or 3rd place to enter
C.  Male Singles - Video Entry via email, of a title, 1st , 2nd or 3rd place to enter

How to Apply

*PLEASE NOTE*  All competitors MUST be aged OVER 18 years on the day of the competition

All competitors must have either been placed in a National or Regional championships (1st, 2nd or 3rd) or Email in with your video submission if in a country or area without a Championships

1. Email events@passion-fitness.com stating your chosen category requesting an application pack
2. Return application with photo and music choice, registration fee and video entry link (video entry can be YouTube or Vimeo link set for private if preferred)
 

Payment details can be found on your application form. Include your NAME and WORLD POLE DANCE on all payments
